This is the Epoch Receiver PWA. It is not a native app and not Presence.

On iPhone Safari: tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Open the icon to enroll. Chrome / a tunnel URL is not this path.

Encodes the proposed OPS-04 URL. DNS is not applied by this SPIKE. Scanning before interrupt 13(a) will fail.

Host file /etc/ardyn/epoch-devices.json is a JSON array of {tenant, device_pubkey}. This row is from the real enroll. Do not invent pubkeys. Operator GET /anchor/devices (internal token) exports the full array.
